Chocolate Coconut Squares

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 2/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa, and nuts.
  3. Add to sugar mixture.
  4. Spread into 9x13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
  6. Combine condensed milk and coconut.
  7. Spread over cake, bake 15 minutes more.
  8. Mix frosting ingredients until smooth.
  9. Spread over the coconut while still warm.
  10. Chill.
  11. Cut into bars.
