My Version of Mexican Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) can chicken broth
  • 10 oz water
  • 1/2-3/4 cup salsa
  • 1 cup rice , long grain

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer until the rice is cooked.
  2. I usually sprinkle the rice with green onions to dress the dish up.
