Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine elbow macaroni, olives,onions and celery in a large bowl,mix well
  2. Gently fold in hard boiled eggs
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. For dressing
  5. Mix together milk, white vinegar and sugar until slightly thickened and sugar is dissolved
  6. Add mayonaise and mix well
  7. Add to salad and mix until well combined
  8. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours,preferably overnight stirring occasionally
