Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine macaroni, lamb, onion, and green pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix salad dressing or mayonnaise, mustard, dill weed, salt, and pepper; add to macaroni-lamb mixture.
  3. Garnish with tomatoes and cucumbers, and refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve at once.
