Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix together, lamb, garlic, mint, oregano, feta, black pepper and the olives.
  2. Form into 4 patties and set aside.
  3. In another bowl mix together the tomatoes, cucumber and onion.
  4. Make a dressing of the lime juice, lemon juice, cumin and olive oil, mix in with the tomato mixture.
  5. Grill or fry the burgers 4 to 5 minutes on each side, try to keep them slightly pink in the middle.
  6. Serve the burgers in the pita pockets together with the tomato mixture and topped with yogurt.
