  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole. Cook macaroni. Drain. Stir in butter and egg. In large mixing bowl mix mustard, nutmeg, and salt with boiling water. Stir in milk 2 1/2 c cheese, onion, and macaroni. Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 hr
