Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, Melt butter
  2. Blend in flour,slat,pepper
  3. Add 2 C milk and cook & stir until bubbly & thick
  4. Add cheese and (onion if desired)
  5. Stir until melted
  6. Mix cheese sauce with the macaroni
  7. Turn into greased (buttered) 1-1/2 quart casserole
  8. Bake at 350* preheated oven about 35-45 min or until top is golden brown.
