Lucys Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 200 g water

Directions:

  1. Grind all nuts.
  2. Put ingredients in pan.
  3. Stir together and bring very gently to boil.
  4. Don't let it burn!
  5. Keeps well in the fridge in a sealed container.
  6. Tip- it thickens up in the fridge so I just use 1 or 2 spoonfulls and add some water to thin it out and make it go further.
