  1. Preheat oven to 350F, lightly grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan or 9 springform.
  2. Combine the black eyed peas and tofu into your food processor, process aout 6-7 minutes, until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Add the sugars and pulse to combine.
  4. In a double boiler, melt the chocolates together.
  5. Add to the food processor, and then let it run for 4 minutes longer, scraping down the sides halfway through.
  6. Sift together the cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda and add to the processor mixture, pulsing to combine.
  7. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  8. Chill overnight, but bring to room temperature before serving.
