Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine first 8 ingredients
  2. Add eggs,coffee,buttermilk,oil and vanilla,beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.Batter will be somewhat thin.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured 10 bundt pan (fluted tube pan )
  4. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes,or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. {Check last 15 minutes,the last time I made this it took less than 45.}
  6. Let cool in pan 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. When cool dust with powdered sugar or glaze with a chcolate glaze.
  8. *Recommended glaze on this site is Elle's Shiny Chocolate Glaze
  9. For cupcakes;bake 18-20 minutes
