Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash vegetables. Cut yellow pepper into strips, tomatoes into 8 wedges each, and separate broccoli florets into bite-size pieces. Saute in olive oil until tender, but still crisp.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain and keep hot. Stir yogurt, cheeses, and white pepper into vegetables. Toss with hot pasta. Serve immediately.
