Ingredients:

  1. Spray a 9-by-9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Combine the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour the butter and water over the oatmeal mixture. Stir and work with hands until well combined and crumbly. Set aside.
  3. Combine the cranberries, apples and sugar. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over the top.
  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the apples in the center are done. The top should be browned and the edges bubbling. Makes 9 servings.
