Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Start a pan of water - add the pasta before the water boils (this helps texture people and the Wheat pasta become friends!)
  2. While the pasta is boiling, heat the oil in a medium sized skillet.
  3. Add to that, the Garlic and onions
  4. While the onions and garlic are cooking, get your chicken ready.. sprinkle each side with a small amount of salt and pepper (even Italian seasoning if you'd like)
  5. Then add the chicken to the skillet. Cook, until all sides are lightly browned, and the chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Add to this your tomato, and basil. Cover and let simmer for a few minutes, until the tomatoes are cooked to your liking.
  7. Drain and rinse pasta, and add to the skillet, add the parmesan and parsley- toss everything to mix well. Take the pan off heat and let sit a few minutes to allow the pasta to absorb flavor.
  8. All done! Sit and enjoy! Delicious, helps cure the craving for margarita pizza! :)~
