Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. PLACE lentils in small saucepan, cover with water and BOIL, then simmer until soft (about 25 minutes); DRAIN and set aside until slightly cooled.
  2. DICE garlic, celery,scallions, turkey, tomato and pickled jalepeno into large bowl.
  3. ADD everything and TOSS.
  4. HOW EASY IS THAT?.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  6. ENJOY.
  7. NOTE: Pepper is personal preference.
  8. NOTE: Cumin is a good spice for weight loss so can increase amount if that too is your personal preference.
