Low Fat Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oats ( blended)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients dry and wet seperately then add choclate chips.
  2. Place in oven at 375 for 9 minutes or until done.
