Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce

Directions:

  1. Mix together dry in one bowl. Mix together wet in another. Put wet in dry and mix just enough to blend together. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes. It might take less because of the substitutions so keep an eye on them!
