Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1 egg
  • muffin liners

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  2. In a seperate bowl beat banana, sugar, egg
  3. Stir in apple sauce and vanilla
  4. Combine, scoop into liners
  5. Bake at 350 degress for 15-20 mins
