Directions:

  1. I suggest only using a tiny little piece of the jalapeno to begin with, you can always add more later if you want more kick.
  2. Puree the piece of the jalapeno and one green onion in a food processor
  3. Add the the fat free cottage cheese to the food processor and blend until creamy.
  4. Viola! Homemade, low-cal fat free cream cheese/sour cream substitute!
  5. Try also experimenting with other vegitables and spices: - (tomato, garlic, basil) - (curry) - (bell pepper, onion, cumin) - (cajun/creole spices) - (cinnamon) - (beans, onion, hot sauce)
