Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Let cool. Peel. Rice into a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, flax seed powder, crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Press into a sprayed 9x13. Set aside.
  4. Heat oven 425.
  5. Heat a little oil in a skillet.
  6. Add sausage and Steak Ums. Saute until no longer pink.
  7. Add balsamic to deglaze pan.
  8. Stir in the mushrooms and pepper.
  9. Spread on potato mix. Top with cheese.
  10. Bake 30 minutes.
