Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the lobster (or buy it already cooked).
  2. Was the vegetables.
  3. Cook the broccoli.
  4. Mix the dill, lemon juice and lemon rind.
  5. Stir fry the red pepper.
  6. Place the lettuce on a salad dish with the broccoli.
  7. Add the lobster slices and arrange the red pepper around it.
  8. Sprinkle the salmon on top and pour over the oil mix.
