Lobster Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz.lobster claw meat
  • 4 slices white bread
  • tbsp butter
  • splash of olive oil

Directions:

  1. Saute lobster meat in
  2. Butter and splash of olive oil on medium low heat,5 minutes or until cooked
  3. Crush peanuts
  4. Toast bread,cut off edges
  5. Assemble like a sandwich
  6. Cut into quarters
  7. Serve 2 quarters per person
