Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stock: Cook stock until water is reduced to approximately 2 cups.
  2. Strain stock and discard shells etc.
  3. Bisque: Warm stock and add two cans evaporated milk, butter, S& P.
  4. Gently heat until hot but not boiling.
  5. Add cooked lobster and warm through gently.
  6. Serve w/ common crackers or oyster crackers.
