Directions:

  1. Mix ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Mix in chives and bacon.
  3. Pour over potatoes and fold.
  4. Add cheese and fold.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve!
