Liver Brownies for Dogs

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into food processor.
  2. Puree until very smooth (3 or 4 minutes).
  3. Dump the resulting slop into a well-greased 13x9 baking dish and spread it around with a spoon to make an even layer.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Partially cool, then cut into small (1 inch) pieces while still warm.
  6. Cool completely and remove from pan.
  7. Store in the fridge or freezer.
  8. Serve in small quantities as these are quite rich.
