Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat; add shallots and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in wine and cook about 2 minutes, add parsley, dill, tarragon, and thyme; add in reserved cooking liquid.
  4. Add pasta to a serving bowl, toss in goat cheese, add herb mixture and toss; add in the tomatoes and toss again.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
