Linguini with Clam Sauce

  1. Heat oil and butter in large saute over med. Add garlic and cook 2 min. Stir in clams and cream and heat (do not boil). Cook linguini and drain; return to pan and pour clam mixture over top. Stir in parsley and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
