Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. I cut the pork tenderoin in about 4 - 8 slices about 2 -3 inches thick. Mix together ingredients and marinate meat for at least 3 hours or overnight. Broil on barbeque for about 10 minutes. Turn and cook for another 7 minutes. Brush with remaining marinate and season with salt and pepper.
  2. This will easily serve 4 - 6 people. It is also great for left overs.
