Lime Broiled Catfish With Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat melt margarine.
  2. Stir in lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; mix well.
  3. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  4. Place fillets in an ungreased shallow baking dish,
  5. Generously brush each fillet with the lime butter sauce.
  6. Broil for 5-8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove to a warm serving dish spoon pan juices over each fillet.
  8. Top with peach salsa. Garnish with lime slices.
