Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until fork tender.
  2. Preheat oven to 450.
  3. Spray rimmed baking sheet with olive oil spray.
  4. Drain potatoes and place on baking sheet.
  5. Take potato masher and mash each potato once turn the masher half a turn and mash one more time.
  6. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper and herb blend.
  7. Spray potatoes with oil spray again.
  8. Place potatoes in oven for 20 -25 minutes until golden brown.
