Libba's Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 (15 oz) cans peaches

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, flour, milk& baking powder-set aside.
  2. Melt one stick of butter or oleo and place in a 13 x 9 casserole dish.
  3. Put peaches on bottom of dish.
  4. Pour batter over the peaches. Do not stir.
  5. Sprinkle ground cinnamon, ground allspice, and a little sugar to taste over top of batter if desired.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until desired browness is reached.
