Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup tvp
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp sultanas
  • 1 tsp honey , or maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Heat tvp water milk and spices until all liquid has gone
  2. Serve with fruit and the smallest splash of honey or maple syrup if needed.
