Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. beef chuck or steak
  • nonstick spray
  • 7 cups beef broth or boil water add 6 cubs beefbollion
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1-14 oz. can stew tomatoes
  • 1-9 oz. frozen italin cut green beans

Directions:

  1. Cut meat in small peices
  2. Spray dutch oven pan
  3. Brown meat, drain fat if any
  4. Add broth, onions, celery and carrots.
  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat simmer 5 min.
  6. Uncover add lentils, tomatoes, bayleaf
  7. Cook 45 min. or untill lentils are tender and stew is thick.
  8. Add cut beans and cover
  9. Cook 10 min. more
