Ingredients:

  • 1 small cup red / green / yellow , cooked
  • 2 tbsp carrots
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • pinch of hing
  • 2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp croutons
  • 3 to 4 small cup meat stock / water

Directions:

  1. Boil everything until well cooked .
  2. Then puree them .
  3. Add water or stock to the desired consistency .
  4. Simmer .
  5. Add the egg white in and swirl with a chopstick so that white ribbons will form ( option )
  6. Garnish with croutons .
