Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Saute onions,mushrooms,garlic,and peppers in a bit of oil till soft.
  3. Puree the cooked lentils,sauted veges,and ground almonds.
  4. Add spices,eggs and bread crumbs.
  5. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan.
  6. Cover with foil and cook for 60 minute.
  7. Uncover and add ketchup or barbeque sauce to top place back in oven and cook for another 20-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven let cool and enjoy!
