Lemon Tahini Dressing

This is from my Simple Foods for the Pack cookbook. This would be good tossed with tuna, peas and pasta.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sesame tahini
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 garlic clove
1 pinch salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Carry in an airtight plastic bottle.
4. Shake before using.
