Lemon-Rosemary Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rub pork all over with mustard and place in glass baking dish.
  2. Stir together juice, oil, rosemary, and garlic.
  3. Pour over meat.
  4. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or 8 hours in fridge, turning occasionally.
  5. Place at room temperature 30 minute before cooking.
  6. Place pork on grill over medium heat.
  7. Cook 20-25 minutes, turning often and brushing with marinade.
  8. Internal temperature should be 160°F.
