Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat all the ingredients EXCEPT the poppy seeds until well blended.
  2. Add the poppy seeds and mix well.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees in 2 well greased loaf pans for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  4. Cool on a wire rack.
  5. Remove from pan, slice, serve, and enjoy.
