Lemon Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and lemon jello in sauce pan.
  2. Add pineapple, and lemon juice.
  3. Cook over low heat until it comes to a boil.
  4. Cool, when cool, fold into carnation milk that has been chilled and whipped.
  5. Add pinch of salt.
  6. Mix and bake crust for 8 mins at 350 degrees.
  7. Put in dish with graham cracker crust on bottom.
  8. Sprinkle top with a little graham crackers.
