Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 2/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar together.
  2. Stir in cornstarch and flour.
  3. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet and bake 12-15 minutes at 350.
  4. Cool completely on the cookie sheet so they do not break.
  5. Frost while still on cookie sheet with: 2 cups powdered sugar mixed with 1/4 cup butter or margarine and 2-3 T. lemon juice.
