Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • powdered sugar , sifted to dust tops of bars

Directions:

  1. Mix 1/2 Celsius powdered sugar 2 c flour and oleo. Crumble up and place in a greased 9x13 pan & gently pat down. Bake 25 minute 325.
  2. Beat eggs and add granulated sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Pour over top and bake 25 min, more.
  3. When cool, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar & cut in squares.
  4. Freezes well.
