Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lbs ground chicken
  • 1/3 cup green pepper
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Dice green pepper and red onion.
  3. Mix all ingredients and wrap in cabbage leaves.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes.
