Layered Spinach Tortellini Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.
  2. In a large glass bowl (I suggest a trifle bowl or any clear glass bowl with straight sides), layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and onions.
  3. Pour dressing over top; sprinkle with bacon if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
