Ingredients:

  • 8 oz skim milk
  • 2 tsp organic sugar (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat milk in microwave for approximately 90 seconds, or until hot but not boiling. Froth, if desired, using milk frother or handheld blender with frothing attachment.
  2. Pour brewed espresso into a mug ans sweeten with sugar, if desired.
  3. Carefully pour hot milk into espresso, spooning milk foam on the top.
  4. Garnish with light sprinkling of cinnamon, if desired.
