Directions:

  1. Brown ground turkey with onions, add tomato sauce, oregano, parsley, tomato paste 3/4 c water. simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Fry 6 slices of zucchini in olive oil and set aside.
  3. Mix cottage cheese and egg together.
  4. Layering: sauce, zucchini, cottage cheese, cheese, sauce zucchini, cottage cheese, cheese, top with last bit of sauce.
  5. Bake 30 minutes 350 degrees
