Larkann's Easy Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4-3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 oz active dry yeast (regular size)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup warm water

Directions:

  1. Combine 1 1/4 c flour salt and yeast in a large bowl
  2. Add water and oil
  3. Beat with electric mixer on low for 30 seconds or with a whisk until smooth.
  4. Beat on high for three minutes.
  5. Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can with a wooden spoon.
  6. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
  7. Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (about 6-8 minutes).
  8. Divide in half.
  9. Cover and let rise ten minutes.
  10. Make a pizza!
  11. Bake pizza at 375.
