Ingredients:

  • lana-s country cole slaw
  • 1/2 medium. cabbage , about 2 lbs.
  • 1/2 cup. shredded carrot (optional)
  • 1/2 medium. onion
  • 1/4 cup. sugar
  • 1/8 cup. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/8 cup. oil
  • 3/4 cup. mayoniase

Directions:

  1. ==========================================
  2. Shred cabbage carrot, and onion; add sugar and let stand.
  3. Combine all OTHER ingredients
  4. Add to cabbage mixture.Fold in mayonnaise
  5. Better when refrigerated overnight.
  6. Will keep well for a few days if tightly sealed.
