Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp mint sauce

Directions:

  1. Chop onions
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl
  3. Mix together
  4. Break into 5 equal pieces
  5. Form into burgers
  6. Put on greaseproof paper on baking tray
  7. Bake in oven 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes each side
