Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the flaxseed meal and water and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Beat Smart Balance Omega Plus butter.
  4. Add sugar and brown sugar and beat well.
  5. Add eggs and beat well.
  6. Add flaxseed mix and vanilla. Beat well.
  7. Sift together flour, brewer's yeast, baking soda, and salt.
  8. Add dry ingredients to butter mix. Mix with a spoon.
  9. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
  10. Scoop onto baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 12 minutes.
  12. Cool on cooling rack.
