Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 egg , beatten
  • 1 1/3 cups bisquick

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and margarine Add beaten egg and coconut flavoring.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in well.
  3. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 10 minutes at 350.
  5. Careful not to overbake, just till golden not browned.
  6. Remove to rack to cool.
