Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix the flour and the salt
  2. Add water and mix until smooth and non sticky dough is achieved
  3. Cover and let rest for half hour
  4. Make dough balls about the size of golf ball
  5. Using a dough roller, flatten the balls to get about 4 inches in size wafers
  6. Spread some butter on top of the wafer
  7. Put about 1 tsp of shredded cheese in the center of the wafer
  8. Fold one side of the wafer over to create half circle
  9. Using your fingers pinch the edges so the two layer stick well
  10. Lay the pockets on a tray
  11. Spread small pieces of butter on top and around the pockets
  12. Pre heat oven to 400 deg F
  13. Bake the tray in the oven until top goldens and then turn the pocket over and bake until golden.
